I am an integrative therapist and holistic practitioner supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.
I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your concerns, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies for positive change and emotional wellbeing.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored to each individual, recognising that every person’s journey is unique.
Originally from Bulgaria and living in the UK for over 12 years, I have always been fascinated by human behaviour, personal growth, and the ways people overcome life’s challenges.
My own journey led me to study Psychology and train in counselling, CBT, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and holistic wellbeing.
Over the years, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique experiences, struggles, and strengths. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported in a safe and respectful environment.
Today, my work is centred on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and emotional balance.
